Which gets loaded first - index.html or index.htm?

Solution Index.html always takes precedence over index.htm as well as index.php.

Make sure you either rename or remove the default index.html, or replace it with one of your choosing.

If an index.html does not exist, the server defaults to either index.htm then index.php, in that order.
